Requirements are gathered from the client and mapped by Botrees Business Analysts to the product selected by the customer. |
This phase consists of creating technical documents based on the gap analysis document and starting the development activity to close the gaps that have been identified during the analysis phase. Once the development is completed, the solution is tested before it is released to the customer. |
During this phase, the clients test the deliverables and confirm that the solutions provided conform to the requirement specifications and their business process. |
We retain a strong presence of in-house support personnel comprising of Customer Support Executives and Zonal Coordinators for all four zones at Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. Our support personnel have the invaluable experience of implementation and supporting over 3000 distributor points pan India. |
